to take on Liberty Indians during Coaches vs. Cancer Classic
On Saturday, February 11, the Monticello Panthers basketball teams will take on the Liberty Indians during the Fourth Annual Sullivan County Coaches vs. Cancer Classic at Sullivan County Community College.
The coaching staff from each school will wear their sneakers during the games to raise awareness for the Coaches vs. Cancer Program.
A full day of games are scheduled starting at 10:30 a.m. with Livingston Manor vs. Eldred girls, followed by Monticello vs. Liberty. The JV game will be held at 12 p.m. and Varsity at 1:30. The Tri-Valley Girls will take on Sullivan West at 3 p.m. and the event is capped off by a college double-header with the men’s and women’s teams from SUNY Sullivan hosting Borough of Manhattan Community College.
Come enjoy a day of exciting basketball and support our fight against cancer. Admission is $2 for students and $3 for adults; all proceeds will be donated to Catskill Regional Medical Oncology Unit.
