Boys Basketball team finishes second at Hawley Rotary Tournament
The boys basketball team defeated Western Wayne on Friday to advance to their third straight Hawley Rotary Tournament championship game at Wallenpaupack High School. The Panthers lost to Wallenpaupack on Saturday and finished in second place.
Robert Riley was named to the All-Tournament Team with 23 points, 30 rebounds and 8 blocks combined in the two games.
The boys will go back at it on Thursday in their home opener vs. Sullivan West. This will be the First Annual Jingle Ball Classic. Santa's elves will be at the door to collect monetary donations as well as self-adhesive gift tags, bows, and tape. All donations will benefit the Monticello Holiday Toy Drive.
