The Board of Education will continue its
efforts to strengthen school-community cooperation.
For all constituent groups, we will strive to achieve excellence
through trust and open communication.
The following represent the goals for 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 school years.
1. K-12
vertical teams in place for multiple purposes.
a. student outcomes at each grade level
b. graduate characteristics/descriptors
c. conversations, issue identification and analysis,
problem-solving K-12 to improve graduation rate
d. common language/understanding: college and career readiness
and grading/ homework/discipline practices/attendance
e. improve climate and culture/morale

Maintain and enhance the infrastructure for documenting student
progress K-12.
a. continue to improve SchoolTools for the use of parents,
students and teachers
b. data driven dialogue

Continue the improved performance trend.
