Fifth graders celebrate DARE graduation
On
Monday, June 20, fifth grade students from Cooke Elementary
School celebrated their DARE graduation with classmates and
families.
The students enjoyed a congratulatory breakfast presented by Principal Sandra Johnson-Fields Assistant Principal and Rosemarie Romano.
The
students received acknowledgment for their essays and their
participation in the DARE program. Monticello Police Department
Detective Louis Velasco gave special recognition to Emmanuel
Idyis for writing the winning DARE essay.
Congratulations
to our fifth graders for a job well done.
